Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Management Fee Refund Eligibility

At TechVerse Digital Agency, client satisfaction and transparency are our highest priorities. Because our work involves custom human labor (keyword clustering, negative placement scrubbing, and audience configuration):

• Before Campaign Setup Commences: If you request cancellation before our media buyers begin building your campaign architecture (within 24 hours of purchase), you are eligible for a 100% full refund of our agency fee.
• During Campaign Flight: Once negative placement lists have been curated, campaign structures uploaded to Google Ads, and live bidding initiated, our agency management setup fees are non-refundable.

2. Google Ad Spend Policy

Any budget paid directly to Google LLC via your designated Google Ads billing profile is subject solely to Google Ads terms and refund procedures. TechVerse does not hold or retain your Google advertising budget, and thus cannot issue refunds on media budget consumed by Google's ad auctions.

3. Monthly Retainer Cancellations

Clients on the Channel Growth & Authority Retainer may cancel their monthly recurring management agreement at any time prior to their next billing renewal by providing written notice via email or WhatsApp. No cancellation penalty fees apply.
