1. Scope of Services

TechVerse Digital Agency provides campaign setup, negative placement scrubbing, keyword research, and daily bid optimization services for video campaigns run through the official Google Ads network.

Important: We do NOT sell views, subscribers, watch hours, or artificial algorithmic engagement. All traffic resulting from our management services consists of real human viewers responding to official advertising auctions on YouTube.

2. Ad Spend & Billing Transparency

The agency management fee charged by TechVerse covers our strategic media buying labor, targeting configuration, and ongoing performance reporting. Unless explicitly agreed under an enterprise flight, ad spend budget is paid directly by the client to Google LLC through the client's own Google Ads billing credentials. TechVerse applies 0% markup to Google's direct advertising inventory cost.

3. Content Compliance & Approvals

All videos submitted for promotion must comply with Google Ads Policies and YouTube Community Guidelines. TechVerse reserves the right to decline campaigns promoting copyrighted material without authorization, deceptive financial schemes, hate speech, adult content, or prohibited substances.

4. Disclaimers & Independent Status

TechVerse is an independent digital agency based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. This website and its services are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Google LLC or YouTube.

5. Jurisdiction & Contact
